Overview

For your purchases at Basiq, we shall provide a replacement/exchange in case of a size issue for your first pair under the 100% satisfaction guarantee within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that this satisfaction guarantee only applies to your first pair of/or any single Bra/Bralette.

*Underwears & are not eligible for returns due to hygiene policies. Bras can only be exchanged in case of a size issue.*

Additionally, items that are tried on, worn or washed will not be covered by this returns policy.

Please email at wearebasiq@gmail.com with your order number to initiate the exchange.

Any purchase will not be eligible for exchange after the lapse of 7 days of your delivery. End of the year sale/special sale Terms : No returns will be accepted during this sale. Thank you for your understanding and happy shopping!

There will be no shipping charges incase of a replacement delivery. The shipping charges incurred in primary & reverse delivery of your order shall be debited from the eligible refund amount. COD refunds are sent on the UPI linked to registered mobile number used while ordering.

We assure you our best efforts and all refunds shall be visible in your original payment method maximum within 7 working days, once the product is recieved back to us & cleared for quality check.
