For all your purchases at Basiq, we shall provide a replacement in case of a size issue for your first pair under the 100% satisfaction guarantee within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that this satisfaction guarantee only applies to your first pair of/or any single Bralette.
*Underwears are not eligible for returns due to hygiene policies.*
Additionally, items that are tried on, worn or washed will not be covered by this returns policy.

Any purchase will not be eligible for return or refund after the lapse of 7 days of your delivery. End of the year sale/special sale Terms : No returns will be accepted during this sale. Thank you for your understanding and happy shopping!
There will be no shipping charges incase of a replacement delivery.
We assure you our best efforts and all refunds shall be visible in your original payment method maximum within 7 working days.
