Overview
For all your purchases at Basiq, we shall provide a replacement in case of a size issue for your first pair under the 100% satisfaction guarantee within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that this satisfaction guarantee only applies to your first pair of/or any single Bralette. Underwears are not eligible for returns due to hygiene policies. Additional items that are tried on, worn or washed will not be covered by this returns policy.

Any purchase will not be eligible for return or refund after the lapse of 7 days of your delivery.
There will be no shipping charges incase of a replacement delivery.
We assure you our best efforts and all refunds shall be visible in your original payment method maximum within 7 working days.
